ViaTray
is a utility to start and stop invisible
(non-GUI) applications via the System Tray.

Usage:
  ViaTray D:\Path\MyApp.exe param1 param2...

Also:
If exists an icon file in the called application
path with the same name as this application
  (i.e. D:\Path\MyApp.ico) then ViaTray shows
this icon instead of default ViaTray icon.

Tips:
  Don't forget to add quotation-marks (" ") to the
    filenames or parameters including embedded
    spaces (i.e. "D:\Path\My  App.exe").
For existing shortcuts (*.lnk) it's enough only
to add ViaTray before the first parameter in
    the Target line.
